The WORTH Mentorship Program
WORTH Mentorship Program
At the heart of our work is the belief that every young person deserves a trusted adult in their corner. The WORTH Mentorship Program goes beyond academic support — it nurtures the whole person. Through structured, relationship-based mentorship, we provide learners with the life skills, guidance, and psychosocial support they need to navigate the pressures of adolescence, overcome personal challenges, and grow into confident, resilient individuals. Our mentors walk alongside students not just as advisors, but as role models and advocates — helping young people discover their strengths, develop their voice, and step into their leadership potential.
Mentorship sub-programmes
Behind every confident young leader is someone who believed in them first.
Life Skills Development
We equip learners with practical skills for everyday life — including communication, decision-making, financial literacy, and time management — preparing them to handle real-world challenges with clarity and confidence.
Psychosocial Support
We create safe, supportive spaces where students can openly express themselves, process their experiences, and receive the emotional care they need. Our approach is trauma-informed and centered on the dignity and well-being of every learner.
Confidence & Self-Efficacy Building
Through workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one engagement, we help students develop a strong sense of self-worth — challenging limiting beliefs and affirming that their goals and ambitions are within reach.
Resilience & Coping Skills
Life is rarely without setbacks. We prepare learners to face adversity with courage, equipping them with tools to bounce back, adapt, and keep moving forward even in difficult circumstances.
Leadership Development
We identify and nurture leadership potential in every student. Through mentorship, peer programmes, and community engagement opportunities, we cultivate the next generation of thoughtful, purpose-driven leaders.
Ongoing Mentor Relationships
Our mentors are carefully selected, trained, and matched with students to ensure meaningful, consistent relationships. These connections often extend beyond the programme itself, providing learners with a lasting network of support and guidance.
