She currently serves the global lead for Economic Prosperity at The Coca-Cola Foundation, where she shapes and supports high-impact programs that strengthen livelihoods and advance long‑term shared value across diverse communities around the world. Her career spans finance, public affairs, and corporate philanthropy, giving her a nuanced understanding of how social impact can be embedded into business strategy to unlock opportunity and drive measurable change. She has served as a Non‑Executive Director in the Financial services and Education sectors in Kenya, providing strategic oversight and governance leadership. A Chevening Scholar and holder of an MA in Finance & Investment (UK), Norah founded Sense of Worth to expand access to secondary education and mentorship for underserved youth. She also serves on the boards of two U.S.-based nonprofits advancing opportunities for women and girls.

Carolyne Ayimba is a seasoned banking professional, who brings more than 27 years of leadership in financial services and people-centered management to Sense of Worth. As Treasurer, she oversees the organization’s financial stewardship and supports its mission to expand access to quality education in underserved communities. Carolyne’s board service is grounded in integrity, empathy, and a deep belief in human potential. She is especially passionate about women’s empowerment and uses mentorship to inspire young girls to pursue their ambitions with confidence and resilience. His career spans roles with Milward Brown Limited, Champions of Peace (NGO), Danana Girls High School, Fr. Gulik Uradi Girls, and Sidok Mixed Secondary School, where he strengthened his leadership, analytical, and mentorship skills. Paul’s board service is centered on value‑based leadership and a commitment to restoring dignity through guidance, counselling, and character formation. He supports Sense of Worth by coordinating mentorship programs and building strong linkages with schools, parents, local administration, and community partners. Pat Odwesso is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience in litigation, governance, regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, conveyancing and institutional legal support. 
He serves as a Board Member of Sense of Worth, where he contributes legal, governance, and strategicoversight to support the organisation’s mission of restoring dignity and enhancing livelihoods in underserved communities. 
His work includes advising individuals, companies, nonprofit organisations, and institutions on dispute resolution, compliance, organisational structuring, documentation, and regulatory processes. 
He brings to the Board a strong appreciation for accountable governance, ethical leadership, and the role of education and mentorship in expanding opportunity.
